4. Ordering & Payment
By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR). We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD). Orders are dispatched after confirmation.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control (courier delays, weather, public holidays). GlowMirror is not liable for delays caused by shipping partners. We ship only within India. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for full details.
6. Returns & Refunds
Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery subject to our Returns Policy. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
