Our Promise: 15-Day Easy Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, return it within 15 days of delivery for a full refund. No questions asked.

Return Window

You may return any eligible item within 15 days of delivery. Return requests raised after 15 days of the delivery date will not be accepted.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

  • Return request raised within 15 days of delivery
  • Item is unused and in its original condition
  • Item is in its original packaging with all tags intact
  • Item is not from the non-returnable category listed below

Non-Returnable Items

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, etc.)
  • Personal hygiene products once opened
  • Digital downloads or software
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Log in to your account and go to My Orders
  2. Select the order and click "Request Return"
  3. Select the item(s) and reason for return
  4. Submit your request β€” you will receive a confirmation within 24 hours
  5. Pack the item securely and hand it to our pickup agent or drop it at the nearest courier point

Return Shipping

For defective, damaged, or wrong items received, GlowMirror will arrange a free pickup from your address. For buyer's remorse returns (wrong size, change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • We will send you a confirmation email within 48 hours of receiving the return
  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
  • Refund will be credited to your original payment method
  • UPI/Wallet refunds: 1–3 business days
  • Credit/Debit card refunds: 5–7 business days
  • Bank transfer (COD orders): 5–10 business days

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us immediately at info@glowmirror.in or call +91 99446 78357 with photos of the item and your Order ID. We will arrange a free return pickup and issue a full refund or replacement at no extra cost.
