Delivery time depends on the destination after the order has shipped.

Non-Metro Locations:

5–10 days

These timelines reflect standard transit speeds of our partnered logistics companies.

Standard Shipping:

Free on all orders across India.

Express Shipping (If Available):

Additional charges apply based on location and courier availability.
Express delivery timelines will be reflected at checkout (when applicable).

We ship through trusted, reputable courier services across India for safe and reliable delivery.

🔍 5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

  • Courier Partner Name

  • Tracking Link

Tracking information is usually updated within 24–48 hours of dispatch.


📸 6. Damage During Shipping

We take every precaution to deliver products in perfect condition.
If your mirror arrives damaged:

Report within 48 hours with:

  • Photos of the damaged product

  • Unboxing video (if available)

  • Image of the outer packaging

This helps us process replacements or solutions quickly.


🏠 7. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

GlowMirror is not responsible for delivery delays or failed deliveries caused by:

  • Incorrect address

  • Missing landmarks

  • Incomplete contact information

If the order returns due to address issues, reshipping fees may apply.


🔁 8. Returned or Undelivered Orders

If the courier is unable to deliver after multiple attempts, the order may be returned to us.
Our support team will contact you for reshipment arrangements.
