1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

Eligible for Return (New & Unused Products Only)

You can request a return within 15 days of delivery if:

  • You are not satisfied with the product

  • You received a defective or damaged product

  • The product is not working

  • You received the wrong product

Important:
Returned items must be new, unused, and in original packaging to qualify for a return or refund.


2. Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Products that have been used

  • Custom-sized or personalized items

  • Items damaged due to improper handling by the customer


3. Return Process

To start a return request:

  2. Provide your order number and clear photos/videos of the product

  3. Our team will verify the request within 24–48 hours

  4. We will arrange a pickup or share return shipping instructions

  5. Once the product is received and inspected, a refund/replacement will be processed


4. Refund Timeline

Refunds are issued within 4 business days after the returned product passes inspection.

Refunds can be issued to:

  • Your original payment method

  • Bank transfer

  • Store credit (optional)


5. Order Cancellation

  • Orders may be cancelled before shipment.

  • Once the order is shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
